BRIEF: Hikerboy is a Swiss-Chinese brand of electric scooters, offering innovative products to a professional clientele across Europe. As a Digital Marketing Manager, I played a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s online presence.

Transitioning from a background in hospitality to the realm of digital marketing, my initiation into this field occurred within this startup. While electric scooters weren’t initially my passion, the project turned out to be fascinating. I cherished the diversity of my responsibilities, from crafting social media content to developing marketing strategies and designing visuals for professional exhibitions

 

MISSION: As someone who thrives on managing multiple projects concurrently, I found immense satisfaction in guiding the transformation for the Hikerboy brand. This experience proved not only interesting but incredibly enriching. Although my previous experiences as a manager in hospitality were vastly different, the shift to the role of Digital Marketing Manager wasn’t as radical as anticipated. I rediscovered the same sense of rigor, responsibilities, and autonomy that defined my past experiences.

 

DELIVERABLES:

• Content creation for social media: Instagram reels, Instagram posts

• Print documents for events: Kakemonos, A3 posters, flyers, booth design

• After-sales documents: interactive pdf document, explicative videos on how to fix e-scooters…
